The coarse-grained copper powder superfine dispersal is used as a sample, and the improved vibration ball milling and high-energy ball milling are adopted. The high-energy ball milling method has high yield and simple process, and can prepare high-melting-point metals which are difficult to prepare by conventional methods, solid solutions of mutually incompatible systems, Nano-intermetallic compounds and Nano-metals, ceramic composite materials, and the disadvantages are uneven grain and ball milling process. It is easy to introduce impurities.
Copper powder superfine dispersal has been synthesized by mechanical chemistry in foreign countries. The copper chloride and the sodium powder are mixed and mechanically pulverized, and a solid substitution reaction occurs to form a Nano crystalline mixture of copper and sodium chloride, and the sodium chloride in the grinding mixture is washed and removed to obtain an ultrafine copper powder. If only copper chloride and sodium are used as the initial mechanical pulverization, the mixture will burn. If sodium chloride is added to the reaction mixture to avoid combustion, the resulting copper powder particles are finer and have a particle size of 20-50 nm.
