Antique Copper Powder Coating

The commonly encountered compounds are copper(II) salts, which often impart blue or green colors to such minerals as azurite, malachite, and turquoise, and have been used widely and historically as pigments.
Plasma method: The plasma temperature is high and the reaction speed is fast, and a uniform and small particle antique copper powder coating can be obtained. Easy to achieve mass production, almost any nanomaterial l can be prepared.
The plasma method is classified into a direct current arc plasma (DC) method, a high frequency plasma (nv) method, and a hybrid plasma method.

The DC method uses simple equipment, is easy to operate, and has a high production speed.
Almost any pure metal ultrafine powder can be prepared, but the electrode is easy to be melted or evaporated at high temperature to contaminate the product; the RF method has no electrode pollution, fast reaction speed and large reaction zone, and is widely used for producing ultrafine powder.
The disadvantages are low energy utilization and poor stability; the combined plasma method combines the DC method with the RF method, which has a large plasma space, high production efficiency and purity, and good stability.
